Foodservice Retail Hybrid POS
Operations selling prepared food and packaged goods side by side, where two inventory logics meet at one till.
The inventory logic that defines this version
Every POS version carries an inventory module built for its trade, rather than a generic catalogue adapted to it.
Dual inventory. Prepared items deplete by recipe, packaged items deplete by unit, and both run on the same till and the same stock position without the operator choosing which system to use.
Capabilities in this version
| Capability | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Dual inventory | Recipe depletion for prepared items and unit depletion for packaged goods, in one transaction. |
| Unified checkout | A single basket carrying both prepared and packaged lines with correct tax and pricing treatment. |
| Production planning | Prepared-item production against forecast demand, with waste capture at end of trade. |
| Freshness control | Shelf life and markdown handling for prepared items approaching end of life. |
| Counter and kitchen | Order routing to preparation where required, without slowing packaged-goods checkout. |
| Blended reporting | Margin reported separately for prepared and packaged lines, and together for the site. |
Stand-alone, or joined up
Run it on its own
A single shop or branch can run this version and nothing else. It is a complete system, not a front end waiting for a back office.
Post to the ledger
Add the Accounting and Inventory modules and sales post revenue, cash and stock movement automatically, with no re-entry.
Register the transaction
Add the EIRMS — Electronic Invoice Registration System where the fiscal regime requires it, and registration happens at the point of sale.
