Non-Profit and Charity POS

Donation processing and designated funds, where the receipt carries an obligation rather than a sale.

The inventory logic that defines this version

Every POS version carries an inventory module built for its trade, rather than a generic catalogue adapted to it.

Designated fund inventory alongside goods, so a donation to a designated purpose is tracked as a restricted balance and any goods sold in a charity shop deplete normally.

Capabilities in this version

CapabilityWhat it covers
Donation processingOne-off and recurring donations with donor identification and acknowledgement.
Designated fundsRestricted and designated fund handling, with balances visible against purpose.
Tax receiptsReceipt issue meeting the required form, with reissue and annual statement.
Donor record integrationDonations posted to the donor record in CRM and to grant or fund accounting.
Charity retailDonated-goods retail with valuation, stock handling and gift-aid style treatment where applicable.
Campaign reportingIncome by campaign, appeal and designation, reconciled to the ledger.
What it gives the operator. Restricted income stays restricted in the record, and donor acknowledgement is issued from the same transaction that received the gift.

Stand-alone, or joined up

Run it on its own

A single shop or branch can run this version and nothing else. It is a complete system, not a front end waiting for a back office.

Post to the ledger

Add the Accounting and Inventory modules and sales post revenue, cash and stock movement automatically, with no re-entry.

Register the transaction

Add the EIRMS — Electronic Invoice Registration System where the fiscal regime requires it, and registration happens at the point of sale.
